1. Identity of the data controller

Your personal data is processed by KoraLytics, a service of KINETIC DEV SRL, a private limited liability company under Belgian law (company no. 1034.345.048 — VAT BE 1034.345.048), with its registered office in Brussels, Belgium.

2. Data collected and purposes

We collect the following categories of data, solely on the basis of your explicit consent:

No sensitive data within the meaning of article 9 of the GDPR (ethnic origin, political opinions, health data, etc.) is collected without separate and specific explicit consent.

3. Anonymisation and pseudonymisation

Data from the participation form undergoes irreversible technical anonymisation before any analysis or transmission. Once anonymised, this data no longer allows a natural person to be identified directly or indirectly and is no longer subject to the GDPR.

Browsing data is pseudonymised as soon as it is collected (IP address truncation, identifier hashing).

4. Retention period

• Participation data: kept in identifiable form for 30 days after submission, then permanently anonymised.
• Contact form: 12 months from the last interaction.
• Browsing data: 13 months maximum (in line with CNIL recommendations).
• Analytics cookies: 13 months or until consent is withdrawn.

5. Data recipients

Your personal data is never sold, rented or transferred to third parties for commercial purposes. The only recipients are:

• The internal KoraLytics team (access limited to authorised staff).
• Technical processors acting on our behalf and bound by a processing agreement compliant with article 28 of the GDPR (hosting, database, transactional email).
• The competent authorities upon legal request.

Analyses and reports produced from the data are published exclusively in aggregated and anonymised form. No individual data is shared with institutions, partners or clients.

6. Transfers outside the European Union

Data processing takes place primarily within the European Union. Where a provider located outside the EU is used, we make sure the transfer is covered by appropriate safeguards (European Commission standard contractual clauses, adequacy decision).

7. Your rights

In accordance with the GDPR (Regulation EU 2016/679) and the Belgian law of 30 July 2018, you have the following rights:

• Right of access (art. 15): obtain a copy of the personal data processed about you.
• Right to rectification (art. 16): correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Right to erasure (art. 17): request the deletion of your data (the "right to be forgotten").
• Right to restriction (art. 18): temporarily restrict processing.
• Right to portability (art. 20): receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
• Right to object (art. 21): object to processing based on legitimate interest.
• Right to withdraw consent: withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.

If a dispute remains unresolved, you may lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (APD) — www.autoriteprotectiondonnees.be — or with any competent supervisory authority in your member state.

9. Security

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss, destruction or accidental disclosure: TLS encryption in transit, encryption at rest, role-based restricted access, access logging, and a breach notification procedure compliant with article 33 of the GDPR.

10. Changes to this policy

We reserve the right to amend this policy at any time to reflect changes in our practices or legal obligations. In the event of a substantial change, we will inform you through a visible notice on the site. The date of the last update is shown at the top of this document.
