Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication, transmission or distortion, in whole or in part, of the site or its content, by any means whatsoever, without the prior written authorisation of KINETIC DEV SRL, is prohibited and would constitute an infringement punishable under articles XI.165 and following of the Belgian Code of Economic Law.

The KoraLytics trademark, logo and associated visual signature are registered trademarks or trademarks pending registration. Any unauthorised use may constitute an infringement of the rights of their holder.

The site may contain links to third-party sites. KoraLytics exercises no control over these sites and accepts no responsibility for their content, their privacy policy or their practices. The existence of a link does not constitute approval of the site or its content.

Any site wishing to link to koralytics.be must obtain the prior written authorisation of KINETIC DEV SRL. Deep links intended to display the content of the site within an external frame without visible mention of its origin are expressly prohibited.

The data presented in the analytics and mapping sections comes from voluntary collection among members of the African diaspora. It is statistical in purpose and does not constitute legal, financial or political advice.

This legal notice is governed by Belgian law. In the event of a dispute concerning its interpretation or performance, and failing an amicable resolution, the courts of the judicial district of Brussels shall have sole jurisdiction.
